Enquiry privacy notice

When you send an enquiry, we use your name, email address and message to reply and discuss the requested service. Please do not include identity documents, payment card information, medical records or a child’s personal details in this form.

Enquiries are stored in our AWS backend and shared with the administrator through service emails. AWS provides hosting and automated email delivery. Our primary application region is Mumbai, India; our content-delivery network and email providers may process information in other locations. We do not sell enquiry details or use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

We keep enquiry information only as needed to respond, provide an agreed service, resolve concerns and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@ekmaataaisibhi.com. Some records may need to remain in restricted backups or be retained for lawful obligations.

Admin login and password-change records include timestamps, IP address and browser information for security. These are kept privately. Admin sign-in uses necessary secure cookies; this launch does not add advertising or analytics cookies.

Services and enquiries

The five packages on this website currently accept enquiries only. Sending a message does not reserve a time, create a paid booking or require payment. We will confirm availability, deliverables, price and next steps before an agreement is made. Guidance is personal and reflective, and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Online bookings involving people under 18 are not enabled. Parents or guardians should contact us first without submitting children’s personal information.

Payments, cancellations and delivery

Online checkout for the five new packages is not open. Before accepting payment, we will provide the applicable delivery, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for your review. Earlier services, if offered separately, have different descriptions and prices; confirm the terms and final amount with us before paying. An external payment page or redirect does not reserve a session on this website.
